Phase 3 – Preliminary Design
Phase 4 – Land Use (Entitlement) Approval
Phase 5 – Final “Go” - “No Go” Decision
Phase 6 – Construction Documents
Phase 7 – Building Permits
Phase 8 – Construction Administration
