building permit is received. During the Construction

in touch with the various agencies, answers questions as they come
up, and generally helps to keep the approval process moving.
Construction Administration services normally covers the following
activities during the construction phase of a project.

in touch with the General Contractor and to help ensure that
the project is constructed in accordance with the design
drawings.

problems that may arise during the construction period.

the client and G&M jointly agreeing on a range of services to be
