G&M has provided numerous civil engineering, structural engineering and land surveying services for the Castro Valley Sanitary District (CVSD) over the past several years. Services included GPS mapping of the existing sewer system, sewer main design, preparation of easements and legal descriptions for new sewer structures, topographic surveys, design of pump station structures and design of all new site improvements for the district's new office complex.
