New 6,000 sf restaurant. Est. Construction Cost: $6M. G&M provided all civil engineering services for the construction of a new Chevys Mexican Restaurant. Responsibilities included the preparation of a topographic survey, utility location, civil engineering technical design, utility design, project scheduling, budget management and construction staking. Unusual aspects of this project included designing the site to accommodate storm water runoff from adjacent properties.
