Eden Medical Center Parking Garage, Castro Valley, CA

G&M provided all civil engineering and land surveying services for a 470-stall, 5-story, partially subterranean, parking structure located on the Sutter Medical Center campus. The rear portion of the parking garage is located within the side of an existing hill resulting in retaining walls approximately 20-feet high. G&M prepared a topographic survey, complete civil engineering services, construction staking and project management services.
