Greenwood & Moore, Inc. provided all civil engineering and land surveying for this $12M church/school complex. This project was particularly complicated due to the new state storm water pollution control requirements. No open space was available on site, so G&M developed and innovated new options of implementing storm water filtration due to this issue. In addition, the storm water pollution control plan had to be designed around the project phasing requirements. Specific services provided: Master Site Plan Design, Preliminary and Final Grading and Drainage Plans, Storm Drainage System, On-Site Sewer System, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, Storm Water Prevention Plan- (C3), Hydrology and Hydraulic Calculations, Utility Plans, Topographic Survey, Conditional Use Permit coordination and submittal, Construction phasing plan, Roadway improvements, Easement descriptions and Site Improvement Plans.
