G&M is the prime Civil Engineering firm for this new 20-acre, 230,000 sf, $320+M, hospital relocation and an 80,000 sf, $50+M, medical office building. G&M prepared a complex set of site improvement drawings that included a topographic survey, utility location, complete site design, grading/drainage plans that included a very complicated storm water control system, site utility plans, design and engineering of site retaining walls up to 20 feet in height, construction staking, development of site construction budgets and schedules in partnership with the general contractor, disabled access design for the site and construction observation services.
