G&M provided extensive land surveying services for this project including a very detailed topographic survey by using a combination of aerial and conventional surveying techniques, developed a new Record of Survey for the 20 acre site, provided a boundary adjustment map to facilitate the movement of property lines to create two new parcels for, prepared numerous easement plats and legal descriptions. The project was designed to convert the existing buildings into commercial condominiums.
