It is the Client/Developer’s responsibility to complete various coordination tasks necessary to complete the subdivision process. Typical examples of these tasks include:
- Securing performance bonds
- Obtaining lender signatures
- Making utility applications
- Prepare joint maintenance agreements
- Payment of development fees etc.
If requested by the Client/Developer, G&M can assist with the required final steps.
